What is Spendho?
A personal finance assistant. You import your transactions, ask questions in plain language and Spendho uses your data to give you answers, reports, actions and simulations.
How does the AI work?
It interprets what you ask, works out which data it needs and uses Spendho's tools to search, filter, categorize or analyze your transactions.
Does the AI really do the math?
No. The AI interprets your request, but the numbers you see are calculated by Spendho's engines. That way you don't get financial answers based on the model's vague estimates.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. You can use Spendho by importing the files you export from your bank or card. You don't need a bank connection to get started.
Which files can I import?
Text files such as CSV, TSV and JSON, even when the columns and layout change from one bank to another.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your financial data stays tied to your own archive and is only used for the features you ask for. Spendho is designed to give the AI the minimum access it needs and to keep you in control.
Does the AI see all my transactions?
Spendho only uses the data it needs to answer you or to carry out the action you asked for. The principle is the minimum financial context necessary.
Can I correct or undo changes?
Yes. Every change to your archive goes into the history, where you can review it. The last operation can be undone.
Does Spendho handle credit cards, transfers and refunds?
Yes. It tells card purchases apart from the later card payment, recognizes transfers between your accounts and links refunds and reversals to the original expense, so nothing gets counted twice.
How does the beta work?
Create your account with the “Join free” button. Free Premium spots in this wave are limited and go in order of sign-up. The Free plan is always open.
How much does Spendho cost?
There's a Free plan you can keep forever. Premium will cost a month, but during the beta it's free. Ultra is coming soon. Before the beta ends we'll tell you what changes, and you can decide whether to continue.
